What We Need:
F.H. Furr is seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for emergency calls
- Monitor field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information
