About this role

Azienda commerciale operante nella distribuzione di sistemi per bevande calde ricerca un/una Addetto/a Assistenza Clienti.

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di accogliere i clienti e fornire supporto nelle richieste relative ai prodotti e servizi offerti dall'azienda. Sarà un punto di riferimento per i clienti, indirizzandoli verso il professionista competente e gestendo le comunicazioni interne.

Attività:
Accoglienza clienti: primo punto di contatto per i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze e indirizzandoli al professionista di competenza
Indagine delle necessità: analizzare le esigenze del cliente per fornire un quadro completo delle richieste
Gestione del centralino: rispondere e smistare le chiamate in entrata
Attività di segreteria: supporto nelle piccole attività amministrative e di segreteria di base.

Requisiti richiesti:
Abitudine ad interagire con il pubblico: predisposizione a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e a gestire le richieste dei clienti
Buone doti comunicative: capacità di relazionarsi efficacemente con i clienti e il team
Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici: competenze di base nell'uso di software per la gestione delle comunicazioni e delle informazioni aziendali.
