About this role
Prestigiosa multinazionale operante nel settore retail ricerca una figura da inserire come commesso/a da inserire per il punto vendita.
La figura svolgerà le seguenti attività:
accogliere e accompagnare i clienti nell’acquisto desiderato tramite il canale di vendita più adatto,
verificare l’assortimento e provvedere al riassortimento del reparto di competenza,
prendere in autonomia decisioni circa la gestione del layout e del merchandising del reparto di competenza,
garantire l’ordine e la pulizia del proprio reparto.
Requisiti:
preferibile esperienza anche minima nella vendita,
spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali con orientamento al cliente, flessibilità,
energia e resistenza allo stress,
doti organizzative e di Problem Solving,
team working.
Si offre: contratto determinato di 40 ore settimanali.

What you'll do
- The role involves welcoming and guiding customers in their purchases through the most suitable sales channel. Additionally, the employee will manage the layout and merchandising of their department and ensure its cleanliness and order.
