About this role

Azienda specializzata nei servizi di assistenza tecnica e supporto su soluzioni gestionali ERP e applicativi aziendali seleziona una risorsa da inserire nel team dedicato al servizio clienti.

Attività:

gestione delle richieste e dei ticket di assistenza tramite telefono, email e canali digitali;

supporto tecnico all’utilizzo di software gestionali ERP e CRM;

assistenza in fase di installazione, configurazione e utilizzo degli applicativi aziendali;

registrazione delle segnalazioni su sistema interno e tracciamento delle richieste;

collaborazione con i reparti tecnici per l’analisi e risoluzione dei problemi segnalati;

comunicazione chiara e puntuale con il cliente finale.

Requisiti richiesti:

diploma o titolo equivalente;

padronanza degli strumenti informatici e conoscenza del pacchetto Office;

attitudine alla gestione ordinata delle attività e al rispetto delle tempistiche;

preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito customer service o assistenza software;

costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di software ERP e CRM.

Offerta:

contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, prorogabile;

orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì (40 ore settimanali);

inserimento con affiancamento iniziale.
