About this role

Azienda operante nella vendita e distribuzioni di articoli per il relax notturno seleziona un/una addetto/a all’assistenza clienti e alle attività di vendita.

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti, della redazione di preventivi e della gestione degli ordini online.

Mansioni previste:

accoglienza e supporto alla clientela durante il processo di acquisto;
predisposizione di preventivi e compilazione della documentazione contrattuale;
gestione delle richieste via e-mail o telefono, inclusi ordini online e assistenza post-vendita;
verifica dello stato delle spedizioni e aggiornamento dei sistemi informativi.

Requisiti richiesti:

diploma di scuola secondaria superiore;
dimestichezza con l’utilizzo del computer e strumenti digitali;
buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.

Offerta:

contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi prorogabile con orario full-time, dal lunedì al sabato;
eventuale accesso a riconoscimenti o premi aziendali legati alla performance.
