Job Role: SVP, Global Brand & Creative
Location: London/New York - Hybrid, 3 days per week

The Role
We are seeking an SVP, Global Brand & Creative to lead the next era of EZRA’s brand, creative strategy, and storytelling. As the executive owner of EZRA’s global brand, you will set the long-term vision, positioning, and identity of the company while providing oversight and strategic leadership across all creative functions, including brand, client experiences, partnerships, and product marketing. You will drive world-class creative thinking across marketing, product, client experience, and external collaborations - ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact as EZRA continues to scale globally.
What You'll Do:

Brand & Creative Leadership
  • Own the global brand strategy, identity, narrative, and long-term vision for EZRA.
  • Provide executive leadership across all creative functions, including brand, client experience, partnerships, and in-house studio operations.
  • Ensure creative and brand alignment across all regions, touchpoints, and business units.
  • Elevate creative output across campaigns, content, design, experiential initiatives, and digital products.
  • Shape the creative approach for strategic partnerships, co-branded initiatives, and external collaborations.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for EZRA bringing a strategic presence to client events
 
Creative Direction & Innovation
  • Act as the visionary for all creative and brand touchpoints.
  • Integrate emerging technologies and innovative approaches into EZRA’s creative ecosystem.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with business objectives and measurable brand outcomes.
 
Product Marketing
  • Provide executive leadership across global Product Marketing, ensuring clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging.
  • Guide Product Marketing teams to drive product adoption, pipeline growth, and impactful go-to-market execution.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality product collateral, competitive insights, and launch frameworks.
  • Leverage market, customer, and buyer intelligence to shape product narratives that integrate seamlessly into the broader brand strategy.
 
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with broader business to embed brand and creative excellence across initiatives.
  • Influence executive decision-making and participate in strategic planning for brand, product, and partnership initiatives.
  • Support pitches, proposals, and client-facing storytelling with high-quality creative leadership.
 
Governance & Quality
  • Own brand guidelines, creative standards, and global governance.
  • Ensure all creative output meets quality, accessibility, inclusivity, and brand standards.
  • Establish metrics to monitor creative effectiveness and brand health.
  • Continually refine processes to build a scalable, high-performing creative organization.
About you

  • 12+ years of brand or creative leadership experience across brand, design, content, or creative strategy.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating world-class brand building, storytelling, and creative innovation.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and scaling marketing and creative functions.
  • Ability to influence executive teams and shape brand and creative strategy at scale.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, learning, or professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Global experience across multiple markets, cultures, and teams.
