Actividades:
- Supervisar la calidad de transacciones y préstamos
- Ejecutar reportes relacionados con procesos operativos y revisar indicadores
- Atender a clientes en mostrador
- Realizar la apertura y cierre de tienda
- Realizar procesos de caja, inventarios, auditorías, controles y procesos administrativos
- Capacitar al equipo
- Salvaguardar el patrimonio de la empresa.
Requisitos:
- Bachillerato terminado (obligatorio) o Licenciatura trunca
- Manejo de computadora
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas y atención a clientes
- Experiencia liderando equipos, tomando decisiones y resolviendo problemas.
- Habilidades de análisis, organización y trabajo bajo presión
- Disponibilidad para laborar presencial, tiempo completo y fines de semana

What you'll do
- The Subgerente de tienda will supervise transaction quality and loans, execute operational reports, and manage customer service at the counter. Additional responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing cash processes, and training the team.
