SUBGERENTE DE TIENDA
Empeño Fácil
Como Subgerente trabajarás bajo la supervisión del Gerente de la
Tienda mientras provees un servicio al cliente sobresaliente a través
de ventas y empeños.
Como miembro valioso del liderazgo de la tienda, el
Subgerente supervisa las operaciones diarias de la tienda en
ausencia del Gerente de la Tienda.
Algunas de sus funciones principales son:
• Atención a clientes.
• Apoyo con inventarios de tienda.
• Apertura y cierre de sucursal.
• Manejo de efectivo.
• Arqueos de caja.
• Participa de manera activa en las estrategias de venta.
• Atiende y brinda solución a objeciones con clientes.
• Manejo de personal.

Requisitos:
• Preparatoria/Bachillerato terminado (se solicitará certificado de estudios).
• Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar de lunes a domingo con 1 día de descanso a la semana.

What you'll do
- As a Subgerente, you will provide outstanding customer service through sales and pawn transactions while supervising daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will also support inventory management, cash handling, and participate in sales strategies.
