Este rol le brindará la oportunidad de interactuar con los clientes diariamente, ayudándolos con las ventas y proceso de empeño para llegar a un acuerdo mutuamente satisfactorio con respecto a artículos de empeño como como joyería, electrónica, instrumentos musicales y más. Como parte de nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente en nuestras tiendas, brindará un ambiente amigable, cortés y respetuoso que continúa diferenciándonos de la competencia.

Otras tareas del Servicio de Atención al Cliente incluyen, entre otras: 

  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente saludando a los clientes, interactuando con los clientes en persona y por teléfono.

  • Procesamiento de ventas, préstamos. 

  • Realizar tareas de apertura y cierre de tienda. 

Los requisitos adicionales para el puesto incluyen: 

  • Graduado a nivel medio: Perito en Administración de empresas, Perito Contado, Bachiller o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente, cajero o venta. 

  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales

  • Trabajar bien de forma independiente y como miembro de un equipo. 

  • Habilidad de hacer muchas cosas a la vez 

  • Experiencia en ventas, una ventaja
