As the Team Leader (m/f/d) for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) in the Electrical Engineering department, you play a crucial role in leading and developing a motivated team. You are responsible for managing projects and engineers in the areas of electrical power supply systems, lighting systems, electrical drives, cable and PV systems, as well as grounding, lightning, and surge protection. In this capacity, you work closely with various interdisciplinary departments to develop and implement innovative technical solutions.

• Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects in the field of electrical protection and energy systems.
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with technical and legal requirements in all projects.
• Close collaboration with specialized departments and external partners to optimize processes and systems.
• Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions according to project and customer requirements.
• Responsibility for budget planning and resource management within projects and the team.
• Support in the development of technical standards and best practices within the company.
• Promotion of open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

Show your expertises

• Extensive experience (> 10+ years) in MV and LV within industrial plants.
• Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering sector.
• Profound knowledge in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Proficient in handling system-relevant norms, standards, and regulations.
• High communication skills and team orientation.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality in solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills required for leading an international team.
• Willingness to travel and work on construction sites.
