As part of a Project Management team, you will be responsible for scheduling national and international projects, from the concept study through basic and detailed design to realization, commissioning, and qualification. A project typically involves the construction or conversion of complex production areas, entire factories, and laboratory buildings of a pharmaceutical company.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Development and coordination of master and detailed project schedules for planning and execution projects (new construction and conversion)
• Monitoring of project milestones, project progress, and resources
• Interdisciplinary schedule coordination with our clients’ project management, our planning partners, and executing companies
• Identification of scheduling conflicts/risks and implementation of corrective measures
• Participation in construction management and expediting

Show your expertise

• Degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture or similar, or an equivalent qualification
• You already have initial professional experience in project planning or construction management
• Ideally, you are confident in using scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project
• Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluent German and good English skills (corporate language), and French skills if applicable
