Description
The Senior Business Development Manager collaborates with the Regional Business Unit leader to develop Client relationships as well as Market specific sales plans with the appropriate supporting tactical plans for customer accounts and sales development within the specific market segments that is consistent with regional strategies and / or global sales plans.
• Drives all required Business Development activities to achieve appropriate results for the business
• Fulfilment of Sales / Order Intake / Profitability target criteria within the area of responsibility
• Identification / Reporting of differentiating factors for clients concerning approach, design, and constructability and creating Win Plans/Client Plans that meet these factors
• Leads the development of a strategic plan with a supporting tactical plan for key accounts and sales development within the specific market segments that is consistent with regional strategies and/or global sales plans
• Always Promotes the Exyte IFW – Incident Free Workplace – Health and Safety Policy
• Bachelor’s degree / 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Prior experience in the Construction and/or Engineering industry preferred
• Prior business development and sales experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiar with AutoCAD / BIM / Modelling software solutions used in the target industries
• Spanish and English language skills on C-level. German is an advantage but not mandatory
