The first 8 weeks of any given project are considered the most critical and crucial for the initialization of the project and the successful execution of the same. To help the BUs and the RAs organizations, it has been decided to create a new group that will be mainly focused on executing the project setup, ensuring the needed infrastructures, software, systems, procedures and tools are correctly implemented to guarantee a consistent and structured project delivery approach, in line with contractual requirements and Client’s expectations.

The Manager Planning and Scheduling (m/f/d) will provide the necessary expertise and support to ensure the current implementation of Planning and Control processes and systems in accordance to the Exyte Way. The role will also be responsible to onboard and deliver the needed training to the project planning team, ensuring the Exyte methodology is understood, implemented and actioned. Thereby the role will deliver constant support, acts hands-on and as a real point of reference for the project teams.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Be part of the Project Control team to support the project during the initial setup phase and execution.
• Ensure the best Planning practice in accordance to corporate procedures are implemented during the early stage of the project.
• Ensure the planning system (P6 or MSP) are implemented correctly to satisfy the project requirements
• Ensure TMS (Physical Progress System) is implemented correctly to satisfy the project requirements
• Ensure LPS (Last planner system) is implemented correctly to satisfy the project requirements
• Ensure all the planning systems are setup according to standard WBS structure.
• Ensure all the planning system are setup to exchange data with oneERP
• Being capable and innovative to introduce new methodologies to support the project planning delivery
• Deliver the necessary planning training to the project teams.
• Be flexible to solve onsite planning problem

Show your expertise

• Relevant bachelor’s degree and/or professional training desired
• 15+ years of scheduling experience preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry, specifically in the design and/or construction of process or clean utility systems for semiconductor plants, clean rooms and tool installations.Experience in working with engineering, procurement, and contractors
• Experience in managing, coaching and developing an international team
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interface with all levels of management to team members
• Strong technical and business problem solving skills
• Fluent English language skills
