We are an innovative company committed to precision and quality. For our Renningen site, we are looking for a dedicated leader to take our infrastructure and maintenance to the next level.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance and facility management team (4 employees)
• Drive the strategic development of technical infrastructure, production, and testing areas
• Manage projects including planning, budgeting, and implementation (infrastructure, HVAC, test benches, production, logistics)
• Analyze and resolve malfunctions while continuously optimizing energy and environmental performance
• Administer and improve technical control and monitoring systems in collaboration with IT
• Enhance and design test infrastructure for precision climate systems
• Coordinate renovation and new construction projects with external partners
• Manage contracts and oversee external service providers
• Handle procurement processes: quotations, orders, invoice verification
• Liaise with authorities and inspection bodies (e.g., TÜV, VdS, fire department)
• Monitor costs and quality, optimize maintenance cycles based on TPM principles
• Maintain and further develop maintenance and testing databases

Show your expertise

• Completed technical training (supply engineering, electrical/metal) with further qualification as master craftsman or technician
• Several years of experience in planning and maintaining building, operational, and process technology (HVAC, technical building equipment, production/storage technology, logistics, cleanroom, vacuum, pure water, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, etc.)
• Knowledge in contractor and facility management
• Confident in handling legal safety requirements and working with authorities
• IT expertise for building/process control systems, strong MS Office skills
• Good English skills; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
• High customer orientation, self-motivation, and resilience
• Analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
