Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer (m/f/d) Ventilation systems for our challenging construction industrial projects. You are the direct contact person on site for all topics concerning ventilation technology, media technology and clean room technology. You are the interface between our customers, subcontractors and internal project participants.
Conceptual design and planning of supply systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities as well as clean room technology
Technical leadership of a TGA planning team within the scope of project execution
Responsibility for leading and coordinating external planning partners
Technical equipment of buildings under consideration of innovative technologies, process design and regulatory requirements
Determination of costs, execution of price comparisons
Preparation of functional descriptions or specifications of services
Conducting award negotiations with suppliers and executing companies
Completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering
Several years of professional experience with TGA and clean room technology systems
Very good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems with focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology
Very good knowledge of English and German
Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and own initiative
Flexibility and willingness to travel
