In this role you ensure as a Lead Architect the most efficient and technically accurate manner possible in accordance with the stipulated project budget and schedule. You are responsible that the overall Project Work Plan is kept current by all involved disciplines, trades and partners. As an Lead Architect you will take over the tasks and responsibilities on site and the office.

You can expect a team with which you will grow on projects and together you will master exciting large-scale projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning in all HOAI service phases for projects in structural, civil and industrial engineering, extended shell construction and finishing trades
• Processing of GU and GU projects with interface definition to the technical building equipment
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents for construction planning services and realization
• Cost calculation and control of subcontractor awards
• Technical construction support during the implementation of the projects in the planning and realization phase
• Management and leadership of project teams during project execution

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in the field of architecture / civil engineering or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the construction of plants, ideally pharmaceutical, biotechnological or chemical plants
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI
• Business fluent knowledge of German and English
• Structured and reliable way of working, willingness to work and excellent communication skills
• Enjoys traveling on site

Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. The final salary is based on the individual’s qualifications and professional experience.
