The foreman is responsible for the assembly and installation of media supply systems, as well as carrying out welding and bonding work in compliance with all regulations. This includes working in cleanroom conditions, pipe bending, assembling media cabinets, and transporting materials.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of media supply systems for ultrapure water, ultrapure gases, chemicals, process vacuum, etc.
• Performing welding work (orbital welding, manual welding, butt welding, socket welding, electrofusion welding – depending on certification and regulations)
• Manufacturing and assembly of components (pipe bends, media cabinets, media distributors, brackets)
• Working under cleanroom conditions in compliance with specific regulations and standards
• Material handling and preparation (material transport, preparation of weld samples, bonding work)
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations, e.g., DGUV regulations, welding regulations, cleanroom guidelines

Show your expertise

• Completed  training in a technical field, e.g., plant fitter, plant mechanic, specialist for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology
• Knowledge of plant construction, basic technical knowledge, and spatial reasoning skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Experience in welding processes, especially orbital welding, as well as in the fabrication and assembly of pipelines; welding certificates are an advantage
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel within Germany
