About this role

Description

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for engineering and design of Plant Utility systems such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems, components and distribution systems

  • You take the responsibility for the Plant Utility systems during the Project Execution in Concept-, Basic- and Detail Design Phases

  • You develop concepts and Plant Utility deliverables as per contract and ensure best quality and HSE requirements (e.g. specifications, data sheets, drawings, MTO, functional descriptions)

  • You prepare and coordinate purchase order requisitions for materials and subcontractors

  • You manage and coordinate the interfaces to external engineering partner

  • You support Building Information Modelling (BIM) in AutoDesk REVIT and participate in model reviews with clients and subcontractors

  • You perform Field Engineering Activities and accompany the installation of Plant Utility Systems

Show your expertise

  • You’ve successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or have any other technical equivalent education

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in engineering, construction or commissioning of Building Service Systems

  • You are experienced in the environment of high-tech facilities in the Semiconductor or BioPharma Industry

  • You are conversant with the application of European and international codes and standards for Building Service Systems

  • You like to work in an international team and are fluent in both German and English

  • To travel to several sites within Central Europe is a pleasure to you
