Description
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
You are responsible for engineering and design of Plant Utility systems such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems, components and distribution systems
You take the responsibility for the Plant Utility systems during the Project Execution in Concept-, Basic- and Detail Design Phases
You develop concepts and Plant Utility deliverables as per contract and ensure best quality and HSE requirements (e.g. specifications, data sheets, drawings, MTO, functional descriptions)
You prepare and coordinate purchase order requisitions for materials and subcontractors
You manage and coordinate the interfaces to external engineering partner
You support Building Information Modelling (BIM) in AutoDesk REVIT and participate in model reviews with clients and subcontractors
You perform Field Engineering Activities and accompany the installation of Plant Utility Systems
Show your expertise
You’ve successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or have any other technical equivalent education
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in engineering, construction or commissioning of Building Service Systems
You are experienced in the environment of high-tech facilities in the Semiconductor or BioPharma Industry
You are conversant with the application of European and international codes and standards for Building Service Systems
You like to work in an international team and are fluent in both German and English
To travel to several sites within Central Europe is a pleasure to you
