Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: You’ll manage and guide the purchasing team with a clear focus on performance and collaboration. You’ll develop talent and work closely with teams across design, development, and sales.
• Identify and unlock potential: You have a strong instinct for recognizing purchasing opportunities and turning them into results. You’re passionate about negotiations, market analysis, and strategic sourcing — always aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate with vision: You know how to secure the best terms with suppliers and build long-term partnerships, while keeping a close eye on budgets.
• Drive strategic purchasing: Working with our sister and subsidiary companies, you’ll implement strategies like global sourcing, dual sourcing, and category management to create synergies, reduce supply chain risks, and optimize costs. You also focus on sustainable supply chains and innovative procurement approaches.
• Develop supplier relationships: You know how to engage suppliers and help them grow into top performers. You think economically, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enjoy solving technical challenges together to improve efficiency.
• Stay ahead of the curve: You’ll monitor national and international procurement markets, conduct market analyses, and use digital tools to streamline purchasing processes.
• Collaborate across teams: You take ownership, act as a connector between departments, and work closely with others. With strong communication skills, adaptability, and analytical thinking, you approach tasks independently and with structure. You see change as an opportunity, not a challenge.

Show your expertise

• We want to get to know you: You are a true procurement professional with the ability to manage complex topics responsibly and strategically. You bring experience and enthusiasm for leading teams. You know the market conditions and are open to changes within the supply chain. New contacts and suppliers inspire you, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Your experience & education: We expect several years of experience in senior procurement management role. A degree, ideally in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, rounds off your profile.
• Your working style: You are proactive, results-driven, communicative, and enjoy working in a team. You take ownership, are results-driven, work independently and maintain a sharp cost-awareness.
• What makes you unique? You possess analytical thinking skills to understand and optimize complex processes, strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of cost and quality
• Do you speak English? We require excellent German and English skills to interact with our international customers and suppliers.
