As a Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful execution of high-tech EPC projects – ensuring excellence on-site from start to finish.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Independent management of high-tech construction projects, focusing on MEP (e.g., electrical, HVAC, process systems)
Ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project execution
Leading the construction site team and coordinating all stakeholders and subcontractors
Acting as a technical point of contact for clients – collaborating closely with project and design teams
Overseeing progress tracking, EHS compliance, and conducting site inspections and handovers
Documenting construction progress, identifying and resolving defects
Creating measurements and managing billing for construction works
Show your expertise
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services, electrical engineering or comparable qualification – or technician/master certification in a construction-related field
- Solid experience in construction site management, ideally in industrial or plant construction
- Strong understanding of local building codes, laws, and standards
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on-site during project phases (5-day weeks)
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) for communication with local teams and authorities; good English skills
- Valid German Class B driver’s license
- MEP trade experience (e.g., mechanical, process, HVAC, electrical)
