Rattaché aux équipes Assurance Qualité, vous participerez à un projet d’amélioration de process s’inscrivant dans une démarche de conception participative et d’amélioration continue, avec une forte orientation terrain. Vous contribuerez à structurer, analyser et optimiser des méthodes de travail avec et pour les utilisateurs.
Missions :
- Contribuer à la standardisation des démarches qualité et à l’amélioration continue
- Participer à l’animation de la conception participative : ateliers, co-design, groupes de travail
- Réaliser des collectes de données terrain, analyser les résultats et proposer des axes d’amélioration……
Profil :
- Vous êtes en M2 ou Ecole d'ingénieur en qualité, ergonomie, performance industrielle
- Vous avez déjà fait un stage dans le milieu industriel
- Vous disposez d’un niveau opérationnel en anglais
- Vous faites preuves d’un esprit d’analyse, de rigueur et d’une aisance relationnelle.

Le poste s’inscrit dans un secteur nécessitant l’obtention d’une habilitation et certaines autorisations d’accès à des sites sous contrôle étatique relevant du secret de la défense nationale. Le candidat retenu devra satisfaire à ces exigences, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2311-1 et suivants du Code de la défense et de l’IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE du 09 août 2021
