Responsibilities
- Analyzing the technical content of scoping notes based on the project's master planning in order to determine the required validation support (vehicles, bodies, units, kits).
- Gathering requirements from departments for the various project milestones (Concept Freeze, Pre-Contract Vehicle, Cost Confirmation).
- Optimizing the volume of validation support in collaboration with the Validation Synthesis Engineer.
- Coordinating and facilitating the alignment of requirements across teams.
- Optimizing vehicle usage and their reuse from one phase to another up to final delivery to the client.
- Organizing and leading Project Review Meetings to validate prototype budgets.
- Launching validation support waves, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring their compliance with technical requirements.
- Identifying risks and implementing the appropriate action plans.
- Preparing project capitalization documentation to support the continuous improvement of the process.
Qualifications
- Technical university degree (preferably in automotive, mechanical or electrical/electronics)
- Advanced level of French and English (speaking and writing)
- Relevant experience in automotive industry
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude
