Responsibilities
Expleo, a privileged partner of the aeronautics industry, we support the sector in the challenges of its digital transformation. Over the entire life cycle of a product or as a global engineering service for critical and complex projects. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a shopfloor qulaity inspector for inspection and validation pf parts produced by variuos suppliers
His main missions will be to:
- To collect information about the parts
- Study the manufacturing drawings
- Creation of inspection plans
- Identify critical charectiristics
- Inspect manufactured components
- Record readings and identify non-conformances
- Generate reports and genearate acceptance / rejection reports
Qualifications
Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical, Aeronautical engineering
Essential skills
Good Knowledge of manufcaturing drawings
Good knowledge of GD&T
Hands on experience in inspection of manufactured components
Hands on experience in using all measuring instruments and their caliberations
Experience in various special / coating processes
Good knowledge on assembly procedures and inspections
Desired skills
Hands experience in using of various inspection instruments
Experience on shopfloor manufacturing processes.
Experience
6 to 8 years of experince in inspection domain
Hands on experience in using inspection instruments
5 years minimu experience in Aerospace / Defence domain

What you'll do
- The Quality Inspector will collect information about parts, study manufacturing drawings, create inspection plans, and inspect manufactured components. They will also record readings, identify non-conformances, and generate acceptance/rejection reports.
