Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead high-visibility initiatives in a collaborative, agile environment? Trissential is seeking a Project Manager II to join our client’s team and oversee multiple strategic projects in End User Services. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of four agile workstreams
- Create and maintain stage-gate documentation: RACIs, Milestones, Change Logs, Status Updates, Architectural documentation
- Manage project financials including budgeting and forecasting
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Attend scrum meetings and communicate PMO due dates and requirements
- Monitor risks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and risk management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with agile teams
- Proficiency in project documentation and financial forecasting
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in End User Services projects
- Exposure to tools like Intune, macOS environments, or diagnostic software deployment
- Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $90,000–$110,000 annually or $53–$63 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
