Responsibilities

  • Management of incidents reported on multiple projects, to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Transversal collaboration with specialists and analysts to define an analysis strategy plan.
  • Coordination of necessary actions, such as:- requesting the repatriation of parts (targeted or in batches)- launching a Flying Doctor mission- designating a correspondent in the network- initiating an internal or supplier analysis (type 8D).
  • Coordination and facilitation of activities until the root cause is identified.
  • Synthesizing and reporting of topics/incidents to superiors and teams (QRQC, GEMBA, prioritization committees).
  • Independently identifying new topics or improvement tracks through incident studies.
  • Utilizes specialized tools such as QFAST, SAFE, IG, DRG, and LUP for investigating, managing, and capitalizing on customer incidents.

Qualifications

  • Technical university degree (preferably in automotive, mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • Relevant experience in the field
  • Automotive and vehicle knowledge
  • Advanced French
  • Advanced English
