CHS Group LLC is committed to creating a positive, supportive company culture that empowers both our clients and our team members. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and CLS Instructors/ Caregivers to provide 1:1 support to individuals in their homes.
In this role, you will help individuals build daily living skills, participate in household tasks, and engage in their communities—supporting personal growth, independence, and overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for those interested in healthcare, education, or social services.

We support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities throughout Southeast Michigan.
Position Details
- Location: Westland
- Schedule: Afternoon and Weekends
- 4pm-12am
- Pay: $15.40 per hour
- Work Setting: In-person

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, patient, and respectful
- Must be at least 18 years old
