Job Description

You will report to Experian Health, collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, and other teams to build trusting relationships with Experian Health clients, focus on ensuring overall satisfaction for assigned clients. You will manage all implemented products, monitoring client health, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Qualifications

  • Travel required, approximately 30% (based on client needs and evolving Experian Health plans)
  • Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years' experience in the Healthcare IT industry, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, in a similar role
  • 3+ years' experience in a Provider-based background is beneficial
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce is beneficial
  • Conceptual understanding and some use of Gen AI, Co Pilot, and GPT

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
