Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
- Ensure delivery reliability
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
- Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
- Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Meet compliance at all times
- Work with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company procedures
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of industry specific qualification
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish
- Knowledge of European Road Market
- Dispatching experience in Road freight (international)
- Knowledge of international Road Haulier market
- Ambitious and team player
