Job Description
Estamos em busca de um profissional dedicado para integrar nossa equipe como Assistente de Desembaraço Aduaneiro. O candidato ideal deverá ter um perfil dinâmico e voltado para a melhoria contínua dos processos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional de importação e satisfação dos clientes.
Principais responsabilidades:
Modelo de trabalho 100% presencial;
Analisar os documentos necessários para o processo de importação;
Confeccionar numerários;
Montar Licenças e Declarações de Importação assegurando a conformidade dos processos;
Analisar possibilidades de reduções tributarias e benefícios fiscais;
Trabalhar na criação e atualização de SOP (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão);
Atender os prazos estipulados pela corporação e clientes;
Manter a organização e atualização de registros em sistema interno, incluindo documentos e comunicações;
Atualizar-se sobre novas diretrizes do processo de importação (NPI), mudanças relacionadas à transição do Siscomex para o Portal Único e outras alterações da legislação aduaneira.
Qualifications
Requisitos:
Ensino superior em Comércio Exterior, Relações Interacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
Organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
Domínio em pacote office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerBI);
Experiência na utilização de sistemas de gestão de despacho aduaneiro (ImportSys, Ellas, Ecomex, entre outros);
Experiência profissional comprovada na área de desembaraço aduaneiro será um diferencial;
Conhecimento em inglês em nível intermediário.
