Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Kid Care Associate to join our team. As our new Kid Care Associate you will:
Create a unique and memorable relationship with each new child and parent team
Provide a safe, clean atmosphere for children
Foster age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities
Create a fun, playful, family friendly environment
Maintain neat, professional attire and a courteous, helpful attitude
Attend department meetings as necessary
Collaborate with your team members to build a highly effective team environment and accomplish team goals
Foster and grow strong relationships with our fitness facility members
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior customer service and childcare experience required
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification; Must be in person and have infant, child & adult
Superior customer service skills
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children
Basic understanding of the MS Office suite
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $14.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
