About this role
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle
- Build, maintain, and enhance ETL processes to ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Tune SQL and database processes for performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain documentation for data models, ETL workflows, and business rules
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in SQL development and data engineering
