The role also involves analyzing performance trends, identifying gaps or process improvements, and ensuring data accuracy in all reports. Additionally, the WFM Executive coordinates with different teams to understand reporting needs, automates repetitive tasks where possible, and maintains databases for efficiency and reliability.
