About this role

Leadership:
Guide and mentor specialists or junior recruiters in best practices for talent identification and engagement.
Provide leadership in developing innovative strategies aligned with business needs.

Internal Hiring Support:
Partner with HR and business leaders to support internal mobility programs and promote career growth opportunities for employees.
Facilitate internal hiring processes by aligning managers on role requirements, timelines, and candidate readiness.
Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in internal recruitment practices.

Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with diverse talent pools to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
Track and nurture candidate relationships to maintain long-term engagement.

Hiring Manager Partnership:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
Share regular updates on pipeline progress and candidate availability.

Candidate Experience & Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for sourced and internal candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report effectiveness, internal hiring success rates, and pipeline health.
Provide data-driven insights to improve strategies and internal mobility programs.
Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
