DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Product Manager in cybersecurity, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of security products and services within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and drive the successful delivery of security solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards. This role will report to Product Director

As the Product Manager, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity products and services, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and vendors, to gather requirements and define product features and functionality.

• Translate customer needs and market requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for product positioning, pricing, and promotion to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.

• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis.

• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Manager:

• Experience in cyber security, and network security skills is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership, and problem solving.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions

WORKING CONDITIONS
 

• This role is based in Thailand.

• Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 06.00pm. with additional hours required at high profile times of the calendar such as end of month, quarter and financial year.

• Ability to travel as required to fulfil the requirements of this role.
