The Inside Sales Administrator will sit within the new business team and be responsible for providing support to the Sales personnel and order management. Accountabilities and activities

Your key responsibilities is to provide internal sales support to help Ignition deliver a high-quality sales service.  You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the existing Ignition Technology team in Northern Europe
  • Providing in-house sales support to internal and external sales personnel
  • Liaising with our finance team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • The creation and administration of quotations
  • Handling inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate
  • Ensuring timely turnaround of all quotations and orders
  • Liaising with customers to manage delivery expectations
  • Assistance in production of sales forecast reports
  • Liaising with Partners
  • Dealing with incoming opportunities
  • Directing inbound sales opportunities to the relevant business units

  • Experienced in a business environment
  • Organised, structured, and efficient in your work, with good attention to detail
  • Flexibility, and the ability to work successfully in various environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
