DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Monthly closing, Assistance in preparation of Reporting Pack, Preparation of Credit Analysis -CAF, AP reconciliation, GST return filing, Liaison with auditors for various audits, Ethics Champion responsibility, NetSuite Country Data Stewards & SME(Subject Matter Expert) General Ledger InCharge

As the  Executive Finance, you will:

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Inter-Company (IC) reconciliation monthly.
• Payment process and ensuring the timely payment.
• Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) invoices, ensuring they correctly matched to PO & invoices.
• Month End and quarter-end Closing processes.
• Monthly/quarterly Vendor reconciliations.
• Communicated with Vendor concerning outstanding payments, late invoice and resolving discrepancies through collaboration with vendors and departmental contact.
• Overseeing of purchase registers, General Ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Assisting auditors during group audits, statutory audits and addressed audit queries promptly and effectively, facilitating smooth audit process.
• Credit Analysis for fixing the payment terms & the credit limit for acceptance of orders.
• Handling critical queries
• Maintenance of Vendor master data and onboarding & modifying in Oracle NetSuite
• Working on (VAT) Goods and Services Tax-GSTR-3B & GSTR-2A reconciliation.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation and applying payment in NS
• Preparing Inventory report (GRN), Stock Variation Report, GIT Report, POS Report, Zero Billing, AR&AP Report and Part of the MIS Report.
• Computation & Conducting Monthly Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of Professional tax, Provident fund
• Handling Petty Cash
• Verify and Processing OOPS invoices (Transportation, Petty cash, office supplies,etc...)
• Accounting & Setoff Credit Memos
• Preparation of RCM reports-Import of Services, Legal & Sponsorship services
• Preparing Stock Statement 
• Creating Bill to address and modifying the customer's detail

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Executive Finance 

•           Post-graduate in Finance and accounting

•           1-3 years’ experience in Finance role 

•           Fluent in English - written and verbal; Self-motivated.

•           Strong cross functional collaboration skills & experiences

•           Computer skills: MS-Word, Excel
