We’re looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take care of our most valued players - the ones who make Betty what it is. You’ll be their trusted contact, their problem-solver, and the reason they stay loyal to the brand.


What you’ll do

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with our VIP players.
  • Provide a tailored, fast, and personal experience across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Identify player trends, behaviors, and engagement opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between our VIPs and internal teams (Payments, Product, Engineering).
  • Handle any issues with empathy and speed, ensuring every interaction feels premium.
  • Constantly look for ways to elevate the Betty VIP experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Account Management, VIP Relations, or Customer Success.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, especially in de-escalation and tone management.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - other languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret player data and patterns.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent approach.
  • Previous exposure to iGaming, fintech, or other high-trust industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer) is preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
