We’re looking for a Sales Representative to help shape our sales function from the ground up. This is a founding-role opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and wants to influence how sales is done - not just execute it.

This role sits at the very beginning of the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into depositing customers through a consultative, value-driven approach, while ensuring full compliance and responsible engagement at every step.

Sales here is strategy -not volume.


Your Mission

You will own the registration-to-first-deposit and first-to-second-deposit journey, guiding customers through their early lifecycle with clarity, confidence, and trust.

 Beyond conversion, your insights will directly influence CRM, acquisition, and product decisions, helping us continuously improve how we attract and onboard players.

What you’ll do

Lead Engagement & Conversion

  • Engage and convert qualified leads into depositing, long-term customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Own the early customer journey, actively improving conversion through thoughtful follow-up and guidance.
  • Proactively re-engage partially verified, stalled, or high-intent leads by identifying and removing friction points.
  • Educate customers on product features, payment options, promotions, and overall value proposition.
  • Confidently handle objections related to trust, payments, verification (KYC), and withdrawals using a consultative approach.
  • Guide customers through verification and payment flows to reduce drop-off and improve onboarding completion.

Funnel Ownership & Optimization

  • Manage leads across multiple acquisition sources, including affiliates, paid media, organic traffic, and internal reactivation initiatives.
  • Prioritize and segment leads based on intent, source quality, and predicted customer value.
  • Identify funnel friction and propose improvements to processes, messaging, and tools.
  • Provide structured feedback to marketing and growth teams on lead quality, channel performance, and customer intent.

Compliance & Responsible Engagement

  • Operate with full awareness of regulatory requirements in a regulated online environment.
  • Apply responsible and ethical engagement principles in every interaction.
  • Prioritize sustainable, long-term value over short-term conversion wins.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Conversion, or Lead Management
    roles.
  • Strong commercial awareness - you understand how to convert without compromising trust.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in handling objections and guiding decisions.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and read customer intent.
  • Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and structured pipelines.
  • High ownership mindset - you treat your pipeline like a business.
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other regulated/high-trust industries is a strong advantage.


Working hours & setup

This role supports customer engagement during peak activity hours, aligned with when lead volume and customer intent are highest.

 Late-night shifts with high home-office flexibility are part of the role.
