<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles with a focus on banking and trading platform projects</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set hiring strategies</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of IT recruiting and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Business/Technical Analyst etc)</li>
<li>Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS system</li>
<li>Assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit, conducting thorough screening interviews</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring readiness for upcoming projects</li>
<li>Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in collaboration with HR and client teams</li>
<li>Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness</li>
<li>Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with client and internal hiring policies, including financial services regulatory requirements</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience</li>
<li>Experience recruiting on international positions</li>
<li>Proven ability to recruit for a mix of contract and permanent roles in high-demand skill areas</li>
<li>Excellent sourcing skills, with a track record of success in competitive talent markets</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers</li>
<li>Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different time zones and client teams</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience recruiting for global investment banks or trading technology vendors</li>
<li>Understanding of capital markets regulatory requirements and how they impact hiring</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of capital markets roles, trading platform technologies, and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Calypso, Murex)</li>
<li>Exposure to agile environments and project-based hiring models</li>
<li>Ability to speak an additional language (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) for LATAM recruitment</li>
</ul>
