The company currently operates in over 150 countries.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Take ownership of designing, developing, and perfecting operational dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights</li> <li>Monitor and report on ITSM processes, including Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management, as well as Service Level Management and Availability Management</li> <li>Collaborate with Cloud, Network, and Database teams to ensure dashboards reflect accurate operational data</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements to reporting frameworks</li> <li>Provide consultative guidance on building frameworks for reporting on Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Availability Management metrics</li> <li>Lead initiatives to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring &nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Strong experience in Power BI development, dashboarding, and reporting frameworks, preferably at a Lead level</li> <li>Deep understanding of ITSM processes, SLOs, and Availability Management, with an operational mindset</li> <li>Skills in Excel for data manipulation, advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), and integration with Power BI for seamless data sourcing and transformation</li> <li>Competency with connecting Power BI to Azure data sources (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake) and managing dataflows to pull in data securely and efficiently</li> <li>Competency in integrating Power BI with AWS data sources (e.g., Amazon RDS, Redshift) using direct connections or APIs to provide a unified data view across platforms</li> <li>Hands-on experience collaborating with Cloud, Network, and Database teams</li> <li>Consultative approach, with the ability to proactively identify improvements and guide implementation</li> <li>Ownership mentality and leadership skills, capable of driving end-to-end delivery of operational insights</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li> </ul> <h3>English level&nbsp;</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
