Overview
Exabeam is a global cybersecurity leader in a phase of rapid growth, and we are looking for a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. You will be instrumental in scaling our organization across all regions. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to the business, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will be a key player in finding and hiring the talent that will shape the future of Exabeam.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success).
- Act as a strategic partner and talent advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices from the initial role kick-off to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with Exabeam.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate progression and report on key hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and strengthening our employer brand
What You'll Bring
A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Demonstrated success in hiring for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, G&A).
Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence hiring managers.
Experience managing a busy pipeline of roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite is a strong plus.
- A passion for building great teams and a commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Prior agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
