Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Velocity Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio to design, build, and support industry-specific cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, capable of working independently in a remote environment, and have a solid understanding of Vlocity components and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Vlocity / Velocity Cloud solutions using OmniStudio
- Build and customize OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors
- Implement efficient data integration and transformation using DataRaptor Load, Extract, and Transform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize OmniStudio components for performance, scalability, and reusability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vlocity components and integrations
- Follow Salesforce and Vlocity best practices for development and deployment
- Work independently in a remote setup while meeting delivery timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of total IT experience
- 3+years of dedicated experience in Vlocity / Velocity Cloud
- Strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Industries implementations
- Exposure to Apex, LWC, or integrations
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
