Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2+ and PeopleTools 8.55+, along with deep expertise in HRMS modules and integrations. This role involves working on enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, and support activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleSoft 9.2+
- Work extensively on Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules
- Develop and customize solutions using PeopleCode, Cobol, SQL, and SQR
- Build and support PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker and web services
- Utilize PeopleTools 8.55+ features including Application Packages, AWE, Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids
- Perform data migration and maintenance using Data Mover
- Create and manage jobs using Job Scheduling
- Participate in enterprise-wide projects including upgrades, enhancements, and production support
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions
- Create, maintain, and follow technical documentation and development standards
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft Technical experience
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools 8.55+
- Proficiency in PeopleCode, Cobol, Oracle SQL, and SQR
- Experience with Integration Broker, Application Designer, Query Manager, and Data Mover
- Strong experience developing interfaces with third-party systems
- Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
