Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Fusion HCM Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to support the complete project lifecycle—from requirement gathering through post-go-live production support. This role requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module implementations
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including:
- Requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Solution design and system configuration
- Testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment
- Post-go-live support and issue resolution
- Configure and customize Fusion HCM Benefits to meet business requirements
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration
- Troubleshoot functional and techno-functional issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support change requests, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Deep expertise in Fusion HCM Benefits module (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with functional and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field
