<p><strong>The Real Talk</strong></p>
<p>Right now we've got four product pillars that need coordination, Product Managers (Revenue Engineers) who need unblocking, and frankly, we need someone who can run with this independently.</p>
<p>If you're looking for a well-defined VP Product role with clear swim lanes and quarterly OKRs already mapped out, this isn't it. But if you've done product leadership at a vertical SaaS company or a services-to-software hybrid where you had to figure out a complex domain on the fly, we should talk.</p>

<p><strong>What's Actually Going On Here</strong></p>
<p>EviSmart has four product pillars. Each one is run by a Product Manager (Revenue Engineer) who owns both a thesis and P&L. We don't need someone to write specs and hand them off - we need someone who can orchestrate chaos, unblock teams, and generally make product decisions happen without everything flowing through leadership.</p>
<p>You'll report to the CEO and work closely with our Revenue Engineers, CTO/GM, and AI squads.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Actually Do</strong></p>
<p><strong>Keep the pillars coordinated:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Unified Digital Intake (our wedge product)</li>
<li>AI-Powered Quality Control (RX and scan validation)</li>
<li>EviSmart Comm (case communication - this one's urgent, competitive pressure)</li>
<li>Autonomous CAD (AI-powered design automation)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Unblock the Revenue Engineers:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Jump in when squads hit walls - could be technical, design, cross-functional, whatever</li>
<li>Help scope their 30/60/90 gates</li>
<li>Review gate deliverables before they come to leadership</li>
<li>Spot dependencies across squads and actually resolve them</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Run product operations:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the roadmap (what ships when, what we're trading off)</li>
<li>Weekly product sync across squads</li>
<li>Work with CTO/GM on engineering priorities</li>
<li>Coordinate AI squads across different locations</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Stay close to customers:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Get on customer calls - see the "losing customers to admin chaos" problem yourself</li>
<li>Turn customer pain into something we can build</li>
<li>Keep an eye on what competitors are doing</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What We Need</strong></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in product, at least 5 leading product teams at B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services companies</li>
<li>You've actually shipped products in messy, unclear situations (not just managed a roadmap someone else defined)</li>
<li>You've worked with distributed engineering teams, ideally in APAC time zones</li>
<li>You can switch gears between strategic roadmap planning and tactical "let's debug this UX flow right now"</li>
<li>You get AI/ML products - you don't need to code, but you understand how the build/measure cycle works</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Healthcare, dental, or manufacturing experience</li>
<li>You've done the hybrid services + SaaS thing before</li>
<li>You've been through startup-to-scale</li>
</ul>

<p>You'll embed with the squads. Learn by doing, not by reading documentation. Make the small calls quickly. Escalate when it matters. Build trust by shipping stuff, not by making presentations.</p>
