With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.</p><p>Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.</p><p><strong>What You’ll get to do:</strong></p><p></p><p>· Provide ongoing account management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio.<br> · Manage all operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.<br> · Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.<br> · Continuously evaluate and enhance the Middle East Team’s processes and frameworks.<br> · Conduct training sessions on company products and platforms for new clients.<br> · Coordinate with other departments on ongoing general projects.<br> · Monitor accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.<br> · Analyze data, run tracking, and report on key KPIs.<br> · Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reviews, providing insights, recommendations, and strategies to the Middle East Team.<br> · Assist Finance and Legal with client documentation, ensuring clients are informed about technical and non-technical changes impacting their business.</p><p><strong>What you need to know:</strong></p><p>· Advanced Turkish skills or native Turkish speaker.<br> · Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in a relationship management or commercial role.<br> · Previous B2B experience in a gaming development company, preferably one offering multiple iGaming verticals.<br> · Genuine interest in online gaming and a strong understanding of the industry.<br> · Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.<br> · Proven experience managing client relationships.<br> · Familiarity with key online business functions such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development.<br> · Ability to travel for client meetings, workshops, and other business engagements.<br> · Experience in IT/Telecoms or a related technical field is a plus.<br> · Technical understanding of web services is desirable.</p><p></p><p><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></p><ul> <li>Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</li> <li><strong>Stay Healthy:</strong> 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</li> <li><strong>Hybrid work schedule</strong>: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)</li></ul><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
