Description du poste
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Data Engineer (H/F) pour concevoir et optimiser les pipelines de données, en garantissant un accès fiable, performant et sécurisé aux données. Vous interviendrez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement technique stimulant..
Vos missions:
- Concevoir des architectures de données robustes (Data Lakes, Warehouses, etc.).
- Développer et automatiser les pipelines de collecte, transformation et diffusion de données.
- Optimiser les performances et la scalabilité des systèmes de traitement.
- Veiller à la sécurité, la qualité et la conformité des données (RGPD).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les Data Analysts, Data Scientists et équipes IT.
- Assurer une veille technologique continue sur les outils et pratiques du domaine.
Qualifications
- De formation supérieure (Bac +5) en informatique, data science ou équivalent.
- Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire
- Une expérience en banque/assurance est un plus
- Vous êtes force de proposition, autonome et réactif
- La rigueur et l’organisation sont nécessaires
- Bon esprit d’analyse, sens de l’optimisation et de la sécurité des données.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
- Anglais est un plus dans un contexte de développement international.
Outils & environnement :
- Maîtrise de Python, SQL et d’au moins un langage backend (Scala, Java).
- Expérience avec les outils Big Data : Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- Connaissance des bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL.
- Maîtrise d’un environnement cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
- Pratique des outils ETL (Airflow, Talend, NiFi...) et des solutions de stockage type BigQuery,Snowflake, S3.
