Warranty Coordinator Trainee

This is a full-time summer position (May–August).</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a Warranty Coordinator Trainee, you will support the execution of customer claims during the warranty period. Working closely with the Engineering and Documentation teams, you will help manage warranty tasks, initiate and follow up on orders in our ERP system, and assist with the claim management system. You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding their claims and contribute to problem-solving on individual projects.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Warranty execution:</strong> Process customer claims and manage warranty-related tasks</p></li><li><p><strong>Order follow-up:</strong> Initiate and track orders in the ERP system</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer support:</strong> Handle customer inquiries regarding claims and follow up on open actions</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Engineering, Documentation, and other internal teams</p></li><li><p><strong>System support:</strong> Assist with the claim management system and ensure accurate data entry</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Help You Succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> <a target="_blank" href="http://B.Sc">B.Sc</a>. or <a target="_blank" href="http://M.Sc">M.Sc</a>. student (3+ years) in a technical field</p></li><li><p><strong>Attention to detail:</strong> High accuracy and organized ways of working</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication:</strong> Active communication style to follow up on open action points</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical understanding:</strong> Capacity to learn about Evac products and processes</p></li><li><p><strong>Interpersonal skills:</strong> Ability to work effectively in an international environment with colleagues and customers</p></li><li><p><strong>Systems:</strong> Familiarity with ERP systems; basic knowledge of business intelligence tools is an advantage</p></li><li><p><strong>Mindset:</strong> Efficient, proactive, and able to work under tight schedules</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you will be part of a global, sustainability-focused team where collaboration and customer focus are central to our culture.
