Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.</em></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Spare Part Specialist Trainee</strong> to play a key role in providing technical support and managing spare part data within Evac. In this role, you will work closely with Service Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate, high-quality spare part information that supports both internal operations and customer needs.</p><p>This position combines data management and customer service and requires a hands-on, self-driven approach. You will take ownership of identifying and resolving data discrepancies, requesting missing information, and progressing tasks independently. Work assignments are managed through Jira, and your proactive engagement is key to success.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a Spare Part Specialist Trainee, you will contribute directly to improving the quality of technical support and the reliability of spare part data—both essential to Evac’s operational excellence.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Technical support:</strong> Providing support related to spare parts and managing associated item data</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-functional collaboration:</strong> Working closely with Service Sales, Product Management, and Sourcing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with requirements</p></li><li><p><strong>Process development:</strong> Assisting in the development of processes and tools that improve technical support quality</p></li><li><p><strong>Data quality:</strong> Identifying and resolving discrepancies in technical documentation and spare part data</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder communication:</strong> Proactively contacting internal stakeholders to request missing or unclear information</p></li><li><p><strong>Continuous improvement:</strong> Contributing to ongoing improvements in data management systems and practices</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Help You Succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Currently pursuing or recently completed at least three years of technical studies (<a target="_blank" href="http://B.Sc">B.Sc</a>. or <a target="_blank" href="http://M.Sc">M.Sc</a>.)</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical understanding:</strong> Familiarity with equipment used in process industries</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation skills:</strong> Ability to interpret datasheets, technical drawings, and related documentation</p></li><li><p><strong>Systems:</strong> Experience with data management tools such as PDM and ERP systems</p></li><li><p><strong>Problem-solving:</strong> Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to resolving issues</p></li><li><p><strong>Work style:</strong> Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working with deadlines</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills</p></li><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you’ll be part of a global organization committed to sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
