This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is curious about HR, enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on experience in a professional and international environment.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As an HR Trainee, you will support daily HR operations and contribute to a variety of activities related to HR administration, employee support, and HR development. Your role will offer exposure to real HR processes and give you the chance to make meaningful contributions.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>HR operations:</strong> Assist in the daily rhythm of HR processes and people management activities</p></li><li><p><strong>HR systems & data:</strong> Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting</p></li><li><p><strong>Policy & guidelines:</strong> Help develop and update HR policies, guidelines, and internal materials</p></li><li><p><strong>Communications:</strong> Contribute to employer branding, HR communications, and internal channels, including intranet content</p></li><li><p><strong>Projects & initiatives:</strong> Participate in HR projects and People & Culture initiatives</p></li><li><p><strong>Employee support:</strong> Act as a go-to support person for everyday HR-related questions</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Help You Succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field</p></li><li><p><strong>Interest in HR:</strong> Curious and motivated to learn about people, working life, and HR topics</p></li><li><p><strong>Organizational skills:</strong> Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes</p></li><li><p><strong>Mindset:</strong> Proactive, positive, and confident in asking questions</p></li><li><p><strong>Confidentiality:</strong> Understands the importance of trust and discretion</p></li><li><p><strong>Language skills:</strong> Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not required</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical skills:</strong> Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you’ll join a friendly and inclusive HR team where your contribution matters.
